TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) is a non-pharmacological method for pain management that uses low-intensity electrical currents to alleviate pain. Here are the steps for using TENS therapy electrode pads:

Prepare the skin: First, ensure that the skin in the treatment area is clean and dry. If necessary, clean the skin and ensure that there are no oils or moist substances.
Apply the electrode pads: Place the TENS therapy electrode pads onto the treatment area. Typically, the electrode pads should be evenly distributed around the painful area to cover the entire region. Ensure that the electrode pads have good contact with the skin and adhere tightly to the skin surface.
Connect the electrode pads: Attach the electrode wires to the electrode pads. Ensure a secure connection, and the other end of the electrode wires should be connected to the TENS therapy device.
Adjust the settings: Turn on the TENS therapy device and adjust the parameters, such as frequency, pulse width, and intensity, according to the guidance of your doctor or therapist. These parameters will be adjusted based on individual pain needs and responses.
