XD-R5 5-Station Rotary Die Cutting Machine(for physiotherapy electrodes)
1. Machine Overview
This 5-station rotary die-cutting production line is custom-developed for the multi-layer composite structure of therapeutic electrodes. It integrates unwinding of base materials, multi-layer lamination, conductive layer die-cutting, hydrogel layer registration, final contour punching and waste stripping on one single machine.
Compared with flat-bed die cutting, continuous rotary die-cutting delivers higher production efficiency and better dimensional consistency. It is suitable for mass production of standardized therapeutic electrodes. Round, square, oval, special-shaped products with snap fasterner positions and other styles of electrodes can be processed, and it supoort multi-layer registration processing for conductive carbon film, non-woven fabric, hydrogel and release liner of electrodes.

3. Machine Functions
[1] Independent Servo Linkage Control for 5 Stations: 5 stations are driven by independent servo motors with separately adjustable speed and tension to avoid stretching and dislocation during multi-layer lamination.
[2] Integrated Processing of Multi-material Composites: One-time material feeding completes full procedures including multi-layer lamination, film covering, die-cutting, layered waste stripping, slitting and winding.
[3] Rapid Rotary Die Replacement Structure: Quick-disassembly die holder design; no need to disassemble the whole machine to replace rotary dies, cutting model switching time by 70%.
[4] Automatic Layered Waste Stripping System: Multi-layer waste materials are separately wound and stripped synchronously without waste adhesion, delivering neat edges of finished products.
[5] 7-inch Chinese & English Touch PLC System: Bilingual operation touch screen with centralized adjustment and display of speed, tension and counting parameters of each station.
[6] Full-process Output & Meterage Statistics: Real-time statistics of processing meterage, finished product quantity and total machine running hours, with exportable production data.
[7] Storage of 100 Sets of Composite Production Processes: It can store tension and speed process formulas for different layers and materials for one-click recall.
[8] Automatic Alarm & Shutdown for Material Shortage / Material Breakage: It will automatically alarm and shut down when the unwinding roll runs out or the coil breaks to prevent idle cutting and wear of rotary dies.
[9] Real-time Full-station Fault Monitoring & Protection: It triggers real-time alarms for abnormal tension, servo overload and die holder faults, and automatically shuts down to protect precision components.
