Equipment Overview
The XD-R8 8-station rotary die cutting machine is an integrated multi-station rotary die-cutting equipment, suitable for composite, die-cutting and waste stripping of multi-layer composite materials such as neutral grounding plates, ECG electrodes, TENS electrodes and medical adhesive tapes. The whole machine is equipped with 8 independent processing stations, which can complete multiple procedures including unwinding, multi-layer lamination, film covering, half-cut die-cutting, full-cut forming, multi-layer waste stripping, slitting and winding synchronously. One-time material feeding completes the whole forming process, eliminating the transfer between multiple pieces of equipment and greatly improving production efficiency. Each station is independently controlled by servo motors, featuring high die-cutting precision and quick die change, suitable for mass processing of multi-layer composite medical consumables.
Its maximum processing speed reaches 120 meters per minute. It supports processing of various medical rolls such as conductive foam, non-woven fabric, conductive adhesive, release paper and copper & aluminum foils, and is widely used in mass production of surgical grounding plates and semi-finished ECG electrodes.
Core Technical Parameters
Core Machine Functions
8 stations are driven by independent servo motors with separately adjustable speed and tension to avoid stretching and dislocation during multi-layer lamination.
One-time material feeding completes full procedures including multi-layer lamination, film covering, die-cutting, layered waste stripping, slitting and winding.
Quick-disassembly die holder design; no need to disassemble the whole machine to replace rotary dies, cutting model switching time by 70%.
Multi-layer waste materials are separately wound and stripped synchronously without waste adhesion, delivering neat edges of finished products.
Bilingual operation touch screen with centralized adjustment and display of speed, tension and counting parameters of each station.
Real-time statistics of processing meterage, finished product quantity and total machine running hours, with exportable production data.
It can store tension and speed process formulas for different layers and materials for one-click recall.
It will automatically alarm and shut down when the unwinding roll runs out or the coil breaks to prevent idle cutting and wear of rotary dies.
It triggers real-time alarms for abnormal tension, servo overload and die holder faults, and automatically shuts down to protect precision components.
