Equipment Overview
The XD-S1 wet gel ECG electrode special production line is customized for electrodes containing conductive hydrogel. It is equipped with a sealed precision wet gel coating system to solve industry pain points such as gel overflow, gel drying and uneven thickness. The whole machine integrates processes including release film unwinding, quantitative conductive gel coating, electrode button lamination, water-retention film covering, die-cutting, waste stripping, conductivity testing and finished product winding. The sealed constant-temperature gel tank avoids gel volatilization, with micron-level adjustable coating thickness and stable water retention period of finished products.
Its standard production capacity reaches 105 pieces per minute. It is suitable for mass production of medical disposable monitoring wet gel electrodes and physical examination ECG wet gel electrodes, featuring uniform gel coating, stable conductivity of finished products and compliance with export medical consumable standards.
Core Technical Parameters
Core Machine Functions
Constant-temperature sealed gel tank prevents gel volatilization, with micron-adjustable coating thickness to eliminate defective products caused by gel overflow or insufficient gel.
All stations including unwinding, coating, lamination, die-cutting and waste stripping run synchronously for high dimensional consistency of finished products.
It supports various medical conductive hydrogels and quick switching of non-woven fabric & release film base materials.
It detects conductivity in real time; defective products will stop gel coating and be separated and rejected automatically to prevent defective goods from being put into storage.
The water-retention film is laminated immediately after gel coating to lock gel moisture and extend the shelf life of electrodes.
Bilingual operation interface with visual adjustment of coating thickness, speed and temperature parameters.
It can store gel formulas and coating thickness processes for one-click recall without repeated debugging during model switching.
It triggers acousto-optic alarms and automatic shutdown when raw materials run out or the gel tank liquid level is too low to avoid waste materials caused by empty coating.
It monitors the operating status of coating, constant-temperature and transmission stations, and automatically shuts down to protect core gel pipeline components in case of abnormality.
