Overview
This video displays the complete running process of our full-automatic wet gel ECG electrode integrated production line. It covers all core working procedures including release film unwinding, quantitative conductive hydrogel coating with sealed constant-temperature gel tank, electrode snap button lamination, water-retention film covering, precision rotary die cutting, waste stripping, finished product conductivity testing and final winding. The footage shows the equipment’s advantages of micron-level adjustable coating thickness, effective prevention of gel overflow, drying and volatilization, as well as its stable production capacity of 105 pieces per minute. This production line is specially developed for mass manufacturing of disposable medical monitoring wet gel ECG electrodes and physical examination TENS electrodes, delivering uniform gel coating and consistent product conductivity that fully meet international export medical consumable standards.
