Equipment Overview
The XD-F1 fully automatic ECG electrode production line is a high-speed integrated intelligent production line developed for medical disposable ECG electrodes. The whole machine integrates fully automatic processes including die-cutting, gel dispensing, lamination, film covering, waste stripping, conductivity testing and defective product rejection. It features stable operation, high yield rate and strong compatibility, and serves as the standard main equipment for mass production of medical consumables.
Its standard production capacity reaches 110 pieces per minute. It supports quick switching of various base materials and customized molds for special-shaped, round and square electrodes, and is suitable for mass standardized production of ECG electrodes used in hospital physical examinations and patient monitors.

Real-time conductivity detection is carried out on the whole production line. Defective products will be blocked from gel dispensing and forming and automatically rejected to prevent defective goods from flowing into finished product area.
The human-machine interface supports bilingual switching for domestic and foreign operators, with intuitive and easy operation.
It counts real-time per-minute output, total accumulated output and total machine running hours, with visualized production data.
30 sets of production process formulas can be stored for one-click recall, realizing zero debugging cost during model switching.
It will automatically alarm and shut down when raw materials run out or the coil is abnormal, avoiding idling, material waste and equipment damage.
It monitors the operating status of the whole machine in real time, and will automatically alarm and shut down for protection in case of abnormality to guarantee the service life of the equipment.
