Equipment Overview
The XD-F2 dual-channel ECG electrode production line adopts a dual-channel synchronous production design to output two electrodes at a time, doubling the production capacity compared with single-lane equipment. The whole machine realizes synchronous operation of dual-channel die-cutting, dual-path gel dispensing and dual-station lamination, and integrates automatic waste stripping, independent dual-channel conductivity testing and automatic rejection of defective products, which is suitable for mass orders with high production capacity. It supports quick switching of various base materials and multiple electrode specifications, with synchronous and stable overall operation and completely consistent beat of the two channels.
The maximum standard production capacity reaches 220 pieces per minute. It adopts an independent dual-channel control system; the failure of one channel will not interrupt the temporary production of the other channel, greatly reducing shutdown losses. It is the main mass production equipment for large medical consumables factories.

All stations of the two channels run synchronously with unified beat and tiny production error between dual channels to guarantee the consistency of two finished electrodes.
The two channels can produce the same electrodes synchronously, or produce base materials of different specifications independently via a single channel temporarily.
The left and right channels can switch the same cutting dies synchronously, or switch special-shaped dies separately to adapt to multi-category orders.
The left and right channels separately detect the conductivity of electrode buttons; defective products from a single channel will be rejected independently without interference between the two sides.
Large-screen bilingual human-machine interface with separate display of dual-channel output and parameters for intuitive and easy operation.
It separately records per-minute output, total accumulated output and total running hours of the left and right channels, with independent statistics of production data for the two channels.
The two channels store process formulas independently, with a total of 60 sets of production parameters available for one-click switching and recall.
Only the channel with exhausted raw materials will alarm and shut down, while the other channel keeps running to reduce production downtime losses.
It monitors the operating status of stations on both channels in real time; abnormality of a single channel will trigger an independent alarm without forcing the whole machine to shut down.
